Freedom Run Equestrian Center offers horse back riding lessons. Our goal is to create riders with a deep seat and legs, with understanding steady hands. All of our horse back riding students start on a lunge line to build their seat and legs. We use strength-training and gymnastics to develop balance, security and confidence. After the student has mastered independent riding and control, we move to a group lesson setting.
We believe excellent horsemanship and horse back riding go hand-in-hand so all of our students will learn horsemanship: how to groom, tack and care for their horses. Our lesson program offers one weekly lesson and workshops that focus on horsemanship and care for our horses.
Our basic Horseback Riding Lesson package is:
$240 a month 1 hour lesson with your own horse (1 x week)
$300 a month 1 hour lesson with use of a School Master. If you do not own your own horse you canuse one of our Freedom Run school horses (1 x week)
$300 a month with a school pony (1 x week) Pony Play Date 45 minute lesson for ages 4 and under.
